Previously sourcing a beloved strawberry jam for CanD’s Kitchen, we made the decision to elevate our offerings by creating our own signature hand-made jam from scratch.

Background

Our journey to perfecting Strawberry & Lemon Jam led us to prioritize natural ingredients and the absence of artificial preservatives. Extensive research led us to the perfect solution: harnessing the natural preserving power of lemon peel, rich in pectin.

The result? A jam that captures the essence of ripe strawberries with a delightful hint of tartness. Balanced by natural sweetness. Each jar is a testament to our commitment to flavour and purity.

Taste and Usage

Our Strawberry & Lemon Jam is a versatile delight.  Perfect atop a freshly-baked, buttery scone or slathered on a slice of warm, homemade bread. Its vibrant flavour profile also pairs wonderfully with other treats – try it on French toast instead of maple syrup for a gourmet twist.
