Description

The Chicken Broccoli Bake comes a long way with this establishment, finding its origin with Anya’s Mom Cafe. It was a winner then. It is still an all-time favourite of the CanD’s Kitchen and Tummy Love Food Co. customers.

How it’s made

Perfectly browned chicken cubed chicken fillets, topped with blanched Broccoli.  Then smothered with a Mayonnaise Chutney sauce flavoured with Mild Curry and Paprika. The bake is covered with cheesy breadcrumbs.

Our Chicken Broccoli Bake is one of those dishes that you will come back to time and again. It is an absolute dinner party hit and loved by young and old. The curry is not very overpowering, just lingering in the dish with that curry flavour, but not burning like a chilli. The Chutney flavour enhances all the flavours but doesn’t over sweeten the bake, just giving that perfect blend of mayonnaise and chutney.

Serving Suggestion

Tummy Love Food Co.’s Chicken Broccoli Bake is delicious served with a crisp salad topped with our Red Wine Vinaigrette. Best served on a bed of flavoured vegetable rice or couscous to mop up the delicious mayo sauce.
