By shopping on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. 

If you are using our website on behalf of any person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept our terms on such person or entity’s behalf and that such person or entity agrees to be responsible to us if you or such person or entity violates these terms. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time and in our sole discretion. 

You agree that because of the nature of the Internet, our online shopping service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable to you if we are unable to supply a particular item, but will endeavour to deliver a substitute line where possible. 

All prices are shown in South African Rand 
We reserve the right to adjust prices as we may determine in our sole discretion.

Orders can be placed via the website (https://tummylovefood.co.za), telephone (079 833 8811) or email (love@tummylovefood.co.za).  Please ensure that only one of these methods are used to avoid any form of confusion.  Please note that no order will be processed without payment being made.

Online orders for door-to-door delivery should be paid via our website through the Yoco Payment Gateway.  No order will be processed without full payment being received for an order.  For pick-up orders payment can be made via EFT (pre-arrange please), cash or credit card.  We regret, we do not accept American Express or Diner’s Club.  

Deliveries will be made to the delivery address supplied when completing your online order.  Currently we only deliver to the Hermanus area. To ensure you are covered within this area, please call us at 079 833 8811 for more info.   Deliveries are free if the orders are over the value of R 90.  If you do not fall in the area or your order is under the minimum order, we reserve the right to add an additional fee to cover the cost of the delivery. 

A delivery date and time will be confirmed via email. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the communicated delivery times.   

You are responsible for inspecting all products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery. You should always inspect your delivery to confirm that the meals arrive in a frozen condition. In the unlikely event that you have reason to believe that any product in your delivery is not suitable for consumption, contact us immediately at love@tummylovefood.co.za or via telephone 079 833 8811. To maintain the quality and integrity of the meals, meals should be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery.

Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from us, is presumed to be authorised to receive such delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the delivery under all of the same Terms and Conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.

Apart from the provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, neither Tummy Love Food Co. nor any of its agents or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use the Tummy Love Food Co. website or the services or content provided from and through our website. Furthermore, Tummy Love Food Co. makes no representations or warranties, implied or otherwise, that, amongst others, the content and technology available from this website are free from errors or omissions or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted and error free. Users are encouraged to report any possible malfunctions and errors to us by emailing us at love@tummylovefood.co.za. Our website is supplied on an “as is” basis and has not been compiled or supplied to meet the user’s individual requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the user to satisfy itself prior to entering into this agreement. You are solely responsible for, and assume all risks related to, the proper storage, heating and consumption of the products you receive from us. You are also solely responsible for knowing about any food allergies yourself or your family may have and verifying the products and their contents before consuming it. Further, you understand, acknowledge and agree that we store, prepare and package products containing or that may have been in contact with four major allergens (dairy, wheat/gluten, egg and celery) and cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur between products. Although we do our best to ensure our fish fillets & chicken fillets are boneless, our supplier cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all bones. So, we do advise caution when consuming the fish & chicken meals as they may contain small bones. This agreement is subject to the laws of South Africa and the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African Courts.
