We start with tender, golden-browned cubes of chicken breast. Then, we smother them in our rich, slow-simmered Italian tomato sauce. Finally, we top it off with a layer of cheesy, herbed breadcrumbs for the perfect crunch.

Our tomato sauce is the real star. Chef Blanche, with her Italian roots, has perfected this recipe over nine years. She uses traditional Italian tinned tomatoes and a classic tri-colore base of carrots, onions, and celery. Everything is finely blended, gently fried, and then simmered low and slow for four hours.
